The Water & Wastewater Equipment, Treatment & Transport Show is the world’s largest annual trade show for wastewater and environmental service professionals — Last year’s show drew 12,000 attendees from 25 countries.

The December edition of the National Environmental Health Association's Journal of Environmental Health features an article from the U.S. EPA's Office of Research and Development titled "Toward Better Decentralized Wastewater Treatment." Written by groundwater hydrologist Laura Erban and coastal biologist Timothy Gleason, it examines the future of decentralized wastewater treatment in coastal New England and the research being conducted in the Cape Cod area on innovative/alternative systems.

Start the countdown! Season 5 of our team's podcast, Tap Talk: Drinking Water in Rural America, is officially returning in the new year. The first episode of Season 5, TT049, is scheduled to debut on January 2. The episode will feature Terry Morse, CEO of the National Ground Water Association, discussing NGWA's Groundwater Foundation and Water Well Wish program.
Later in the season, we will have an episode with Dr. Sara Heger of the University of Minnesota’s Onsite Sewage Treatment Program, to discuss safety and other emerging topics in the decentralized wastewater industry!
