We're excited to have you joining us next week for the 2026 Virtual Operator Conference. Here's what you need to know to get ready:
-
You are registered and you already requested a certificate, if needed, when you registered.
-
You will receive an email from GoToWebinar with your unique access link before the conference begins. The same link will be used to attend the conference each day. This link was also included in your registration confirmation email.
-
Each session will have a button on the event page that you will click to enter the session. This button will not appear until the time the session is set to begin. There will be a 3-minute transition timer at the beginning of each session to allow time for entry.
-
The training will take place 10:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Central. The first and last 30 minutes of the day will be used to share important information and answer your logistical questions.
-
From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., your attendance will be calculated session by session, with a requirement of attending at least 90% of the time with a 90% or greater attentiveness score.
-
If you are attending as a group, one individual must keep a session by session attendance roster. Submission of group attendance records will be requested on the last day. All participants must also be registered individually.
-
Certificates will be issued within 10-14 days of the event conclusion.
